In November, the Massachusetts Housing Partnership and MassDevelopment entered into a Memorandum of Agreement with the City of Holyoke and the Holyoke Housing Authority that outlined a series of pre-development services designed explore options for the transformation of Lyman Terrace and the neighborhood. Here is a copy of the agreement.
