MHP is a privately-funded public organization that works in concert with the governor, legislature and state housing organizations to find new solutions to increase the supply of affordable housing in Massachusetts.
MHP is committed to expanding access to affordable housing. We offer long-term financing for affordable rental housing developments, provide early guidance, technical assistance and financial support to communities trying to increase their supply of affordable housing, share tools, data analysis and policy recommendations to remove barriers to housing production, and provide homeownership opportunities for first-time homebuyers through our ONE Mortgage Program.
