MHP provides long-term financing for affordable rental housing development; it provides early guidance, technical assistance and financial support to communities trying to increase their supply of affordable housing; and it provides homeownership opportunities for first-time homebuyers through its ONE Mortgage Program.

Program Assistant for Community Assistance

MHP’s Community Assistance team is seeking a program assistant to provide daily administrative support for the team and for key initiatives. This position is an integral part of the team and their work in promoting education and development of affordable housing across the state. This position reports to the community assistance director.




Financial Analyst and Accountant

We are seeking a Financial Analyst and Accountant who will be an integral part of MHP’s Finance & Administration team. The person in this role will assist the Director of Financial Planning and Reporting in the financial planning and analysis of the organization’s budgeting.




Communications Coordinator

MHP is seeking a Communications Coordinator with experience in affordable housing and/or communications. The Communications Coordinator reports to the Director of Public Affairs. Primary objectives of the role include working with all teams at MHP to produce print, web and social media content and marketing materials. The Communications Coordinator will have the opportunity to learn about all aspects of affordable housing, including policy creation, how data informs policy, technical assistance to communities, housing authorities and nonprofits, multifamily financing and affordable homeownership.
