To achieve this, MHP strives to be a strong, inclusive, mission-driven organization as a foundation that enables us to maximize our impact, ensure financial strength, maintain an inclusive culture and pursue mission-centered collaboration.

The framework for MHP's goals includes increasing the supply of affordable housing with an emphasis on sustainability, advancing the understanding that housing is a fundamental human right and promoting racial equity and anti-racism in the affordable housing system.
