BOSTON --- In its ongoing effort to provide more opportunity for low- and moderate-income first-time home buyers, MHP’s ONE Mortgage Program has added five new lenders, raising its total of participating lenders to 42 across the Commonwealth.
A statewide public nonprofit affordable housing organization that works in
concert with the Governor and the state Department of Housing and Community
Development (DHCD) to help increase the supply of affordable housing in
MHP regularly posts updated indicative rates for its private bank funds and its other multifamily financing programs - Treasury Risk Share, Fannie Mae Fixed Rate, Fannie Mae Variable Rate and FHA MAP. To view MHP's latest rates and terms, go here:
