BOSTON --- Building on its effort to help communities use local funds for affordable housing, the MHP community assistance team has selected three communities for its new intensive technical assistance program for local housing trusts.

BOSTON --- ​Recognizing that safe, efficiently built affordable housing is a key to better health, opportunity and a cleaner environment, MHP is pleased to announce its newly revised Green Building Certification Financing (GBC) term sheet​, which includes a new tier of 40-basis points discounts.

BOSTON --- MHP has launched a new technical assistance program aimed at helping a limited number of communities establish an affordable housing trust or support an existing trust.

In its ongoing effort to promote sustainable affordable housing development, MHP recently hosted an Enterprise Green Communities Criteria virtual workshop.

Tom Hopper of MHP’s Center for Housing Data teams up with Gateway Cities expert Dr. Tracy Corley to examine shifting housing pressures in Gateway Cities and ways to stabilize and engage existing residents while fostering inclusive, lasting approaches to housing development.

BOSTON --- MHP is continuing its statewide listening tour this March with a gateway cities event and regional discussions for North of Boston, Central Mass., South Coast and South of Boston. These listening sessions follow similar events held at the end of 2020 for West of Boston, Central Mass., South Coast and South of Boston.
