The week of June 7 was a busy one for affordable homeownership and the ONE Mortgage team, from the news that longtime champion Tom Callahan is stepping down to holding an informational session for gateway cities on how ONE+Boston uses local funds to increase opportunities for first-time buyers. On the one-year anniversary of George Floyd's murder, MHP restates its pledge to do more to create places where Black and Brown Americans are respected and can thrive.

Registration is now open for MHP's Housing Institute. Now in it's 14th year, this event will be held virtually on three consecutive Thursday afternoons in June.

FALMOUTH --- One of most effective and important local partners MHP works with is the Falmouth Housing Corporation​ (FHC), which has been addressing the emergency and long-term housing needs of lower-income individuals and families for 25 years.

BOSTON --- MHP has released the 2021 income limits for ONE Mortgage, the state's most affordable program for low- and moderate-income first-time buyers. These limits are effective as of April 16, 2021.
