​WORCESTER --- Using its bank-funded loan pool, the Massachusetts Housing Partnership (MHP) has committed $7.1 million in permanent loans to support the redevelopment of the former Table Talk Pie factory site into 83 affordable apartments.

BOSTON – The Baker-Polito Administration, MHP and MassHousing have launched MassDREAMS, a new grant program to help residents of communities disproportionately impacted by the COVID-19 pandemic achieve homeownership.

MHP is responsible for getting mortgage servicers to participate in Mass HAF, the program to help homeowners impacted by COVID-19. Mortgage servicer participation is key to connecting homebuyers with support. Over 231 have signed up. See who has signed up and how to participate.
