In one of his last acts, Menino celebrates start at St. Kevin's

BOSTON, Jan. 2, 2014 --- In one of his last appearances as the leader of the City of Boston, Mayor Thomas Menino joined Cardinal Sean O'Malley to mark the redevelopment of the former St. Kevin's Parish in Upham's Corner into 80 units of affordable rental housing, 20 of which will be set aside for formerly homeless families.

13 already originating new version of SoftSecond; Winchester Coop makes 1st loan

BOSTON, Nov. 26, 2013 --- Five months after it was announced that the SoftSecond Loan Program would be transitioning from a two-loan structure to one mortgage, 20 lenders have committed to the new ONE Mortgage Program, 13 are originating loans and the first ONE Mortgage loan has been made.
