BOSTON, June 30, 2015 ---- MHP Senior Loan Officer Nancy McCafferty was recently selected as a “Women of FIRE” award winner by Banker & Tradesman. She will be one of 15 honored at an awards luncheon at the Courtyard Marriott Boston on July 28, 2015.
The Women of FIRE awards recognize the key female players in the local FIRE (Finance, Insurance and Real Estate) sector. What was once a male-dominated industry now comprises a myriad of bright, innovative, and philanthropic women paving the way for others to rise in the industry ranks. Nancy is responsible for originating, underwriting and closing multi-family loans for affordable housing throughout Massachusetts. Prior to joining MHP in 2003, she was a senior associate at Michel Associates of Boston where she was responsible for underwriting and closing the purchase of limited partner interests in partnerships owning multi-family properties in the Section 42 program.
In 2010, she was received CREW Boston's "Esprit de Coeur" award for her service on many committees during her years as a member and for being an endless source of inner strength, positive energy and integrity.
