BOSTON --- Four gateway cities have been selected to participate in the second cohort of the state’s Complete Neighborhoods Partnership (CNP), a program that supports the creation of walkable neighborhoods across the commonwealth near downtowns, transit and jobs.

BOSTON --- MHP’s Housing Institute will be in person on Wednesday and Thursday, June 12-13, 2024, from 9 a.m. to 4 p.m. The venue is the AC Hotel Worcester, 125 Front Street, Worcester, MA, conveniently located along the commuter rail. The hotel is a five-minute walk from Union Station. Ample parking is also available.

To help move our work forward, the Community Assistance team is scheduling eight virtual listening sessions. We invite you to join us to share your insights, challenges, and ideas, which will help us build a robust understanding of your local housing landscape and assist your region moving forward.

BOSTON --- MHP, MassHousing and the state Executive Office of Housing and Livable Communities (EOHLC) will host two in-person trainings on Affirmative Fair Housing Marketing (AFHM) and lotteries. The dates are Wednesday, Nov. 15, 2023, and Thursday, March 14, 2024.

A “complete neighborhood” is one in which access to housing, jobs, education, essential needs, services, and amenities are all organized at the human scale.
