BOSTON, AUG. 18, 2014 --- Nonprofit developers who are using or who have used tax credits to develop affordable rental housing should consider using MHP's Housing Reserve Assurance Program (Housing RAP) in order add more working capital to their bottom line.

Stow celebrates opening of 30 units of family rental housing

STOW, July 9, 2014 --- During the ribbon cutting for Pilot Grove II, Town Clerk Linda Hathaway recalled when the land was part of her family's farm and when her grandparents, aunts and uncles would reminisce about winters spent sliding down the hill and right across what is now a busy West Acton Road. In the 1980s, when her family decided to sell the land for affordable housing, she recalled her grandfather, Fran Warren, explaining why the family was selling its beloved sledding hill.

Governor announces $83M in awards for affordable housing

SPRINGFIELD, Monday, July 7, 2014 - Governor Deval Patrick today announced $83.6 million in funding to create 24 affordable housing projects across the state, building on the Patrick Administration's commitment to improving housing infrastructure to support growth and opportunity throughout the Commonwealth. In all, the projects will create 1,328 units of housing and over 2,000 jobs.
