BOSTON --- The Massachusetts Housing Partnership (MHP) has released the 2022 ONE Mortgage income limits. These limits are effective as of April 20, 2022.
Income requirements for ONE Mortgage are set each year following the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development's release of income limits for all counties in the U.S.
Any lenders submitting applications to ONE's eS2 loan processing system as of today will be reviewed according to these new guidelines. We encourage all loan officers to review your active applications to determine if your homebuyers have become eligible for the program.
