On Friday, Sept. 30 from 8:30 a.m. to 5 p.m., the Rappaport Center for Law and Public Policy at Boston College will hold a an expert discussion on current mortgage policies and its impact on wealth inequality. There will be discussions on access to credit, innovations in underwriting and dynamics in primary and secondary markets. One panel will include MHP Executive Director Clark Ziegler, who will speak on the success of the state's ONE Mortgage Program for low- and moderate-income first-time buyers.
