MHP has committed a $13.25 million permanent loan commitment to help Dimeo Properties, Inc. to preserve and rehabilitate 42 wood-frame, two-story garden and townhouse style residential buildings containing 222 units of housing in Chicopee.
TYPE: Preservation.
WHERE: 70 Broadway Street, Chicopee.
WHAT: The preservation and rehabilitation of 222 residential rental units.
AFFORDABILITY: All 222 rental units will be affordable, one third at or under 65% AMI, one quarter with Project-Based Section 8, and the remaining units with Section 8 mobile vouchers.
MHP FINANCING: A $13.25 million permanent loan commitment.
