BOSTON, March 6, 2011 --- Scores of community residents, area bankers, and public officials filled the Massachusetts Affordable Housing Alliance headquarters on Dorchester Ave. Saturday to honor 20 women who helped create and build the nation's most successful and longest running private-sector mortgage program for first-time homebuyers.

CHELMSFORD, March 2, 2011 --- The Massachusetts Housing Partnership (MHP) recently committed $785,000 in financing to help the CHOICE Inc., a non-profit subsidiary of the Chelmsford Housing Authority, create five rental units for homeless families in Chelmsford.

LAWRENCE, Jan. 7, 2011 --- The Massachusetts Housing Partnership (MHP) recently committed $1.45 million in permanent rental financing to help Winn Development construct 75 units of rental housing on Broadway in Lawrence.

CAMBRIDGE, Dec. 16, 2010 --- The Massachusetts Housing Partnership (MHP) recently committed $2.82 million in permanent rental financing to help non-profit developer Homeowner's Rehab, Inc. construct 40 units of affordable rental housing on Putnam Avenue in Cambridge.

FALMOUTH, Nov. 30, 2010 --- The Massachusetts Housing Partnership (MHP) recently committed $950,000 in permanent rental financing to help Affirmative Investments, Inc. and the Falmouth Housing Corporation construct 39 units of affordable rental housing in the eastern section of Falmouth.

BOSTON (DORCHESTER), November 9, 2010 --- The Massachusetts Housing Partnership (MHP) recently committed $600,000 in permanent rental financing to help the Codman Square Neighborhood Development Corporation (CSNDC) construct 24 units of affordable rental housing in the Dorchester neighborhood of Boston.
