FRANKLIN, November 28, 2003 --- A Rte. 495 suburban community known for its tremendous growth over the past 20 years has added 96 units of rental housing geared toward families, thanks in part to financing from MHP.

BOSTON, November 20, 2003 --- The Massachusetts Housing Partnership is putting its bank-funded affordable housing loan pool to work in the South End neighborhood of Boston, committing $9.7 million in financing to rehabilitate and preserve 69 units of affordable rental housing.

CAMBRIDGE, September 30, 2003 --- The Massachusetts Housing Partnership has put its bank-funded loan pool to work in Cambridge, making a long-term loan of $4.5 million to help preserve 42 units of affordable rental housing located just outside Central Square, one of the city's most popular areas.

BOSTON, September 26, 2003 - Using its ability to provide private sector financing for affordable housing, the Massachusetts Housing Partnership (MHP) is providing nearly $1.7 million in permanent financing to help create much-needed affordable rental housing in Dorchester.

MANCHESTER-BY-THE-SEA, August 19, 2003 - Local and state officials dedicated 21 units of affordable rental housing in Manchester today. The Massachusetts Housing Partnership had provided more than four years of staff time and early financial support to help town leaders conceptualize the project and get it off the ground.
