Hyannis: Lottery for Village Green Phase 2

HYANNIS --- With a month remaining, about 150 people have signed up for the housing lottery for the second phase of Village Green Apartments in Hyannis. The 60-day application period for the lottery began on Aug. 1 and continues until Sept. 30. Developed by Dakota Partners with financing from MHP, the second phase of Village Green Apartments will contain 60 units total — 42 two-bedrooms, 14 one-bedrooms and four three-bedrooms — the same as the first phase.
