MHP's Community Assistance team has scheduled eight virtual listening session for the months of February, March, April, and May. We invite you to join us to share your insights, challenges and ideas, which will help us build a robust understanding of your local housing landscape and assist your region moving forward.

The sessions will be held in two cohorts on consecutive Wednesdays from 12-1:15 p.m. Register for the session that best fits your schedule. If you have a scheduling conflict you may attend a different region's session. We also welcome your feedback through our online form.

Cohort 1: February to March

Gateway Cities (February 28), Western Mass (March 6), South Coast (March 13), and South Shore (March 20)

Cohort 2: April to May

Cape & Islands (April 24), North Shore (May 1), MetroWest (May 8), and Central Mass (May 15)

MHP’s Housing Institute will be in person on Wednesday and Thursday, June 12-13, 2024, from 9 a.m. to 4 p.m. The venue is the AC Hotel Worcester, 125 Front Street, Worcester, MA, conveniently located along the commuter rail. The hotel is a five-minute walk from Union Station. Ample parking is also available. MBTA Planner Tool. The Housing Institute is a two-day intensive training geared toward municipal officials, employees and volunteers in suburban and rural communities and gateway cities. Participants engage in discussion and problem-solving activities related to developing affordable housing across Massachusetts. Registration link.
