2020 maximum allowable rents

Maximum rents set by the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD) based on income limits set by HUD, which are effective until new income limits are set by HUD, typically in March of 2021. Property owners and rental agents of affordable housing should refer to the Massachusetts Department of Housing Community Development’s guidance to operators and owners, with regard to rent increases at their properties. https://www.mass.gov/info-details/covid-19-dhcd-website

DHCD guidance on rent increases during COVID-19 emergency
