SALEM, November 5, 2009 --- The Massachusetts Housing Partnership recently committed $650,000 in financing to help non-profit Salem Harbor Community Development Corporation construct 15 units of affordable rental housing on Palmer Street in Salem.

BOSTON (ROXBURY), November 6, 2009 --- The Massachusetts Housing Partnership recently committed $2.2 million in permanent rental financing to help non-profit developer Nuestra Comunidad Development Corporation construct 48 units of affordable rental housing in the Roxbury neighborhood of Boston.

WAYLAND, October 23, 2009 --- The Massachusetts Housing Partnership recently committed $8.1 million in permanent rental financing to help private developer John M. O'Connor construct 52 new units of rental housing in Wayland.

BOSTON, September 18, 2009 --- The Massachusetts Housing Partnership recently committed $500,000 in permanent rental financing to help Rogerson Communities refinance 48 affordable rental units at 60 Joy Street in Boston.

DORCHESTER, August 18, 2009 --- The site of a former nightclub has become the symbol of neighborhood revitalization, thanks to Dorchester Bay Economic Development Corporation (DBEDC). The Dorchester non-profit recently held a grand opening for Dudley Village Homes, an attractive 50-unit affordable rental housing development on Dudley Street, one of the busiest thoroughfares connecting Roxbury and Dorchester.
