Southborough: Condo developer plans to fight ZBA's 40B denial

SOUTHBOROUGH --- The developer of a proposed 180-unit condo complex near Routes 9 and 495 said he will appeal the ZBA's denial of his Ch. 40B permit request, saying that the town's claim that it is eligible for a one-year reprieve from such applications was made one day after he filed for his comprehensive permit.

SOMERVILLE - The Union Square Citizens Advisory Committee has finished interviewing the 10 companies vying for master developer status and have scheduled meetings for April 2 and 8 to discuss finalists and recommend a master developer. The city's web site has a list of the 10 vying to be designated for this area, which is soon to have a new Green Line transit stop.
