MHP’s Homeownership team is celebrating an impactful fiscal year 2025 with nearly 500 families purchasing their first home through our ONE Mortgage programs.

LYNN -- Program launches with more than $11 million in public and private support from the Commonwealth, the Boston Foundation’s Racial Wealth Gap Partnership, and Eastern Bank and the Eastern Bank Foundation.

BOSTON --- Close to 6,000 Massachusetts homeowners who were seriously delinquent on their mortgages received assistance from MHP through the Massachusetts Homeowner Assistance Fund (Mass HAF) program.

Twenty-five thousand low- and moderate-income families have become successful homeowners through a unique partnership that was celebrated earlier this week by state, community, and banking industry leaders.

Boston: The Massachusetts Housing Partnership is seeking a software development provider to assist with a refurbishment, modernization, and enhancement of its current loan origination, servicing, and subsidy management system.

Boston --- MHP staff members Vanessa Okonkwo and Annaly Monteiro-Serena have been accepted into the Greater Boston Chamber of Commerce 2024 Boston Future Leaders Program. Okonkwo is counsel on MHP’s legal team and Monteiro-Serena is senior programs coordinator on the homeownership team.
