BOSTON --- MHP is bringing back a popular training called "How to Drive a Closing" on Tuesday, May 16 from 9 a.m. to 4 p.m. at MHP's Boston office located at 160 Federal Street, 2nd Floor, Boston, MA 02110.
Co-sponsored by the Mel King Institute and MHP, the training will focus on how to push through the last stage of the development process -- the closing.
This training is designed for real estate project managers, CFOs, executive directors and others who have basic knowledge of the closing process but want to learn more.
The program will be led by Jennifer Gilbert of VIVA Consulting and Attorney Teresa Santalucia of Klein Hornig.
The cost of the program is $70 for nonprofits and $90 for for-profit attendees. Lunch will be provided. Space is limited to 18 attendees so register soon.
