Land-Use Planning in the Doldrums: Growth Management in Massachusetts' I-495 Region

Researchers out of the Rappaport Institute for Greater Boston at Harvard University interviewed local officials, real estate developers, leaders of local organizations, and leaders of regional planning entities in eight representative Massachusetts communities inside the corridor defined by I-495.
