BOSTON, October 17, 2006 --- MHP has committed over $2 million in financing to help the Madison Park Development Corporation purchase and rehabilitate a Roxbury apartment building that has had a reputation for drug activity and frequent police visits.

ARLINGTON, October 5, 2006 --- For the second time in two years, MHP has puts its bank-funded loan pool to work in Arlington, committing over $1 million in financing to help the Housing Corporation of Arlington purchase and preserve 18 units of rental housing.
