Prepared by the Metropolitan Area Planning Council (MAPC) for MHP in Dec. 2017, this technical memo looks at the changing characteristics and housing needs of working households over the past 25 years and concludes that 211.000 new housing units are needed by 2030 in order to accommodate younger works and their households.
