BOSTON, March 5, 2010 --- MHP has been approved as a Fannie Mae multifamily affordable lender, a coveted designation that could bring up to $100 million in new financing for rental housing to the Commonwealth.
MHP commits $1.4 million to finance 42 units
NORTH ANDOVER, Feb. 22, 2010 --- The Massachusetts Housing Partnership recently committed $1.4 million in permanent rental financing to help the Neighborhood of Affordable Housing, Inc. (NOAH) construct 42 new units of affordable rental housing in North Andover.

WEST BOYLSTON, Feb. 9, 2010 --- The Massachusetts Housing Partnership recently committed $955,000 in permanent rental financing to help the South Middlesex Opportunity Council (SMOC) and FWC Charitable Enterprises construct 26 new affordable rental units in West Boylston.
