MassWorks: Employer-Assisted Homeownership
Created in 2008, MassWorks is a new employer-assisted mortgage program that encourages employers to invest in their employee's home purchase by matching an employer contribution with state funds. The funds are used in conjunction with MHP's SoftSecond Loan Program.
