Employer-assisted homeownership program targets Worcester neighborhoods WORCESTER, August 3, 2005 --- In an effort to spark revitalization, increase homeownership rates and help local employees buy homes near their jobs, top Romney Administration officials today joined with UMass Memorial Health Care, the City of Worcester and other state and local leaders to announce an employer-assisted homeownership program aimed at the Bell Hill and East Side neighborhoods.
