MHP believes that education for a new homebuyer shouldn't end once you purchase your home. To help with the learning process, MHP provides first-time homeowners with access to the HomeSafe Program. The HomeSafe Program is designed to offer post-purchase education and counseling to SoftSecond borrowers at no cost with the goal of maintaining long-term affordability.
