WAYLAND, June 16, 2010 --- The developers who transformed the former NIKE missile site into 16 affordable homeownership opportunities recently posted a video about the residents of the development and the positive impact that the development has had on the community.  MHP's Community Housing Initiatives (CHI) department helped the town create an education campaign to stress the importance and need for affordable housing in Wayland.  This campaign helped the town get enough local support to permit the 89 Oxbow project.  Click here to view the video "89 Oxbow: A Story of Community Initiative."
