Amherst Housing Authority RFP

This is an example of how a housing authority issued an Request for Proposals (RFP) for the purposes of leasing its land to a developer for the development of affordable rental housing. This is a typical example of what communities and housing authorities have used to dispose of their land for affordable housing in conformance with Chapter 30B. Acton Community Housing Corp. RFP

Model lease for public land disposition (Sept. 1, 2005)

MHP has prepared a model ground lease that incorporates new state guidance on leasing public land for the construction of affordable housing.
