Complying with Chapter 30B : Sample RFP
Whenever public resources are used for affordable housing, municipalities must understand and comply with Chapter 30B regulations. MHP holds workshops on this issue and makes available sample documents to demonstrate how to comply with Chapter 30B, such as this RFP issued by Westhampton. For more information about Chapter 30B, go to the state's 30B web page.
