MHP issues RFQ seeking consultants for 40B TA program BOSTON, April 22, 2011 --- The Massachusetts Housing Partnership (MHP) is currently seeking consultants who are interested in providing technical assistance under the 40B Technical Assistance program. A Request for Qualification (RFQ) has been developed outlining the qualifications and submissions required for consultants interested in participating in the program.
